operating system, or time of page access). This data is collected
automatically as soon as you enter our website.

What do we use your data for?

Some data is collected to ensure the website functions correctly. Other data may be used to analyze your user behavior.

processing carried out before the revocation remains unaffected by the
revocation.

Right to lodge a complaint with the competent supervisory authority

supervisory authority. The competent supervisory authority for data
protection matters is the State Data Protection Commissioner of the

You

on your consent or in fulfillment of a contract, either for yourself or
for a third party, in a commonly used, machine-readable format. If you
request the direct transfer of the data to another controller, this will
only be done if technically feasible.

SSL or TLS encryption

This
site uses SSL/TLS encryption for security reasons and to protect the
transmission of confidential information, such as orders or inquiries
that you send to us as the site operator. You can recognize an encrypted
connection by the fact that the browser’s address bar changes from
“http://” to “https://” and by the lock symbol in your browser’s address
bar.

When SSL or TLS encryption is enabled, the data you send to us cannot be read by third parties.

Under
applicable law, you have the right to request information, free of

take legal action in the event of unsolicited advertising, such as spam
emails.

3. Data collection on our website

Cookies

These
websites sometimes use so-called cookies. Cookies do not harm your
computer and do not contain viruses. Cookies serve to make our website
more user-friendly, effective, and secure. Cookies are small text files
that are stored on your computer and saved by your browser.

Most
of the cookies we use are so-called “session cookies.” They are
automatically deleted after your visit ends. Other cookies remain stored
on your device until you delete them. These cookies allow us to
recognize your browser on your next visit.

You
can configure your browser to notify you when cookies are set and to
allow cookies only in individual cases, to accept cookies in certain
cases or to generally reject them, and to automatically delete cookies
when you close your browser. Disabling cookies may limit the
functionality of this website.

Cookies
that are necessary for carrying out electronic communication or for
providing certain functions you have requested (e.g., the shopping cart
function) are stored on the basis of Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f GDPR. The
website operator has a legitimate interest in storing cookies to ensure
the technically flawless and optimized provision of its services. Any
other cookies (e.g., cookies for analyzing your browsing behavior) are
addressed separately in this privacy policy.

Server log files

The
website provider automatically collects and stores information in
so-called server log files, which your browser automatically transmits
to us. This information includes:

  • Browser type and browser version
  • Operating system used
  • Referrer URL
  • Hostname of the accessing computer
  • Time of server request
  • IP address

This data will not be combined with other data sources.

The
legal basis for data processing is Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f GDPR, which
permits the processing of data for the performance of a contract or
pre-contractual measures.

Contact form

If
you send us inquiries via the contact form, your information from the
inquiry form, including the contact details you provided, will be stored
by us for the purpose of processing the inquiry and in case of
follow-up questions. We will not share this data without your consent.

The
processing of the data entered into the contact form is therefore based
solely on your consent (Art. 6 para. 1 lit. a GDPR). You can revoke
this consent at any time. An informal notification by email to us is
sufficient. The lawfulness of the data processing operations carried out
until the revocation remains unaffected by the revocation.

The
data you enter in the contact form will remain with us until you
request its deletion, revoke your consent to its storage, or the purpose
for data storage no longer applies (e.g., after your inquiry has been
processed). Mandatory legal provisions – in particular, retention
periods – remain unaffected.

Registration on this website

You
can register on our website to use additional features. We will only
use the data you provide for the purpose of providing the specific offer
or service for which you registered. All required information requested
during registration must be provided in full. Otherwise, we will reject
your registration.

For
important changes, such as changes to the scope of services or
technically necessary changes, we will use the email address you
provided during registration to inform you.

The
processing of the data entered during registration is based on your
consent (Art. 6 para. 1 lit. a GDPR). You can withdraw your consent at
any time. An informal notification by email to us is sufficient. The
lawfulness of the data processing already carried out remains unaffected
by the withdrawal.

The
data collected during registration will be stored by us for as long as
you are registered on our website and will then be deleted. Statutory
retention periods remain unaffected.

Comment function on this website

For
the comment function on this page, in addition to your comment,
information about the time of creation of the comment, your e-mail
address and, if you do not post anonymously, your chosen username will
be stored.

Storage of the IP address

Our
comment function stores the IP addresses of users who post comments.
Since we do not review comments on our site before they are published,
we need this data to be able to take action against the author in the
event of legal violations such as insults or propaganda.

Subscribe to comments

As
a user of this site, you can subscribe to comments after registering.
You will receive a confirmation email to verify that you are the owner
of the email address provided. You can unsubscribe from this feature at
any time via a link in the notification emails. The data entered when
subscribing to comments will be deleted in this case; however, if you
have submitted this data to us for other purposes and elsewhere (e.g.,
newsletter subscription), it will remain with us.

Storage period of comments

The
comments and associated data (e.g. IP address) are stored and remain on
our website until the commented content has been completely deleted or
the comments must be deleted for legal reasons (e.g. offensive
comments).

Legal basis

The
storage of comments is based on your consent (Art. 6 para. 1 lit. a
GDPR). You can withdraw your consent at any time. An informal
notification by email to us is sufficient. The lawfulness of the data
processing operations already carried out remains unaffected by the
withdrawal.

Processing of data (customer and contract data)

We
collect, process, and use personal data only to the extent necessary
for establishing, defining the content of, or amending the contractual
relationship (master data). This is done on the basis of Article 6(1)(b)
GDPR, which permits the processing of data for the performance of a
contract or for taking steps prior to entering into a contract. We
collect, process, and use personal data relating to the use of our
website (usage data) only to the extent necessary to enable the user to
access the service or for billing purposes.

The
collected customer data will be deleted after completion of the order
or termination of the business relationship. Statutory retention periods
remain unaffected.

Data transfer during contract conclusion for online shops, retailers and shipping companies

We
only transfer personal data to third parties if this is necessary for
processing your order, for example, to the companies entrusted with
delivering the goods or the bank responsible for processing payments.
Your data will not be transferred beyond this scope unless you have
expressly consented to it. Your data will not be shared with third
parties without your explicit consent, for example, for advertising
purposes.

The
legal basis for data processing is Art. 6 para. 1 lit. b GDPR, which
permits the processing of data for the performance of a contract or
pre-contractual measures.

Data transfer upon conclusion of contracts for services and digital content

We
only transfer personal data to third parties if this is necessary for
the execution of the contract, for example to the credit institution
commissioned with processing the payment.

Your
data will not be transmitted further, or only if you have expressly
consented to such transmission. Your data will not be shared with third
parties without your express consent, for example for advertising
purposes.

The
legal basis for data processing is Art. 6 para. 1 lit. b GDPR, which
permits the processing of data for the performance of a contract or
pre-contractual measures.

4. Newsletter

Newsletter

When
you subscribe to our newsletter, the data you provide will be used
exclusively for this purpose. Subscribers may also be informed by email
about circumstances relevant to the service or registration (for
example, changes to the newsletter offerings or technical issues).

For
successful registration, we require a valid email address. To verify
that registration is indeed being carried out by the email address
owner, we use the “double opt-in” procedure. For this purpose, we log
the newsletter subscription, the sending of a confirmation email, and
the receipt of the requested confirmation. No further data is collected.
The data is used exclusively for sending the newsletter. It will not be
shared with third parties, with the exception of the newsletter service
MailerLite (see below).

You
can withdraw your consent to the storage of your personal data and its
use for sending newsletters at any time. A corresponding link is
included in every newsletter. You can also unsubscribe directly on this
website at any time or inform us of your request using the contact
details provided at the end of this privacy policy.

5. Data usage for postal advertising

Purpose and legal basis

We
process personal data (name, function, company address) for the purpose
of postal direct marketing and to present our automation services. The
legal basis for this is our legitimate interest in acquiring new
customers in accordance with Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f GDPR.

Source of the data (Art. 14 GDPR)

Unless
we have collected the data directly from you, it comes from publicly
accessible sources, in particular from the legal notice of company
websites, industry directories or the commercial register.

Storage duration

The
data will be stored for this purpose for as long as there is a
legitimate interest in advertising or until we receive an objection.

RIGHT TO OBJECT (Art. 21 GDPR)

You
can object to the use of your data for advertising purposes at any time
with effect for the future. Such an objection can be made informally,
for example by email to kontakt@evolvet.de or by post to the address
given in the legal notice.
